This position is conducted entirely remotely, allowing for flexibility while ensuring safety and ease of access for both our members and staff. Our clinical operations utilize a secure digital platform for teletherapy sessions, documentation, and scheduling. • Conduct thorough video intake assessments for new members, identifying their symptoms, functioning, and daily routines to establish a baseline for treatment.
• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs, integrating therapeutic exercises and coping strategies that fit within each client's daily life, emphasizing personal strengths and goals.
• Provide ongoing support via our digital platform, delivering real-time psychoeducation, motivation, and adjustments to care as needed, fostering a continuous engagement with clients.
• Regularly monitor client progress through data analytics and clinical assessments, utilizing insights to refine and enhance care plans effectively.
• Celebrate client milestones and collaboratively address challenges, working together to overcome barriers and ensure sustained engagement with therapy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation of client interactions, adhering to best practices and professional standards for record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws to uphold the confidentiality and integrity of all client-related information.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to deliver integrated and well-rounded care to our members.
• Participate in case reviews, contribute to team meetings, and engage in continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic practices and enhance your professional development.

Our primary focus is on serving individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current state license in good standing (LCSW preferred).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience in therapeutic settings, demonstrating proficiency in providing psychotherapy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and empathetically.
• High proficiency in using technology daily, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new digital tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.
• Exemplary reliability, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude in enhancing client engagement and outcomes.

• Experience with simulation-based education and clinical supervision is a plus.
• Familiarity with teaching or mentoring roles in higher education related to social work is preferred.

The position offers an annual salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
