Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a hands-on Creative Lead to guide integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and help shape impactful creative for a fast-moving, consumer-focused brand. In this role, youโ€™ll lead a team of creatives, partner closely with marketing stakeholders, and drive work that connects brand storytelling with performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of integrated 360ยฐ campaigns across channels such as TV, OOH, paid digital, video, social, email, and landing pages
  • Manage and coach a team of creative professionals, including art directors, copywriters, and designers
  • Set creative direction and ensure campaigns are conceptually strong, cohesive, and aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and project management partners to translate briefs into clear, effective creative execution
  • Oversee external agency relationships and ensure deliverables meet quality and strategic standards
  • Use testing and performance insights to refine creative and improve results over time
  • Help improve creative workflows, streamline processes, and identify opportunities to scale output efficiently
  • Support a high-performing team culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in creative leadership within an agency or in-house environment
  • At least 4 years of people management experience, including performance coaching and team development
  • Strong background leading multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through execution
  • Experience creating work for consumer-facing brands with complex messaging or products
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on creative leadership
  • Comfort using data, testing results, and campaign performance insights to guide creative decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, insurance, or another trust-based industry
  • Exposure to both agency and in-house creative environments
  • Experience improving creative operations or implementing more efficient workflows
