As a member of Focused Mind Counseling, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to regular business hours. However, you may occasionally need to engage in evening and weekend activities based on client needs and program demands. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify the social, emotional, and environmental challenges faced by clients.
• Develop individualized service plans that set realistic goals, outline interventions, and facilitate progress monitoring.
• Provide compassionate counseling and support to clients experiencing crises or significant changes in their lives.
• Work collaboratively with clients to design personalized service pathways, connecting them with essential community resources.
• Engage in crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to ensure client well-being.
• Partner with local agencies and organizations to coordinate services, driving advocacy efforts on behalf of clients.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about available agency services and enhancing community engagement.
• Attend case conferences, team meetings, and professional training sessions to remain updated on best practices in social work.

You will serve a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing various social challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing creative solutions to complex challenges.

While a minimum of one year of experience in a social service agency or similar environment is required, we prefer candidates with experience in community counseling, crisis intervention, or case management. Familiarity with local resources and community organizations will enhance your ability to provide superior care to clients.

Focused Mind Counseling offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 and $100,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus. Your compensation package includes:
