Peak Performance Psychotherapy Services is actively seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our expanding team. Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, providing the full-time flexibility to manage a substantial caseload of clients while contributing to our outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and generate tailored treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week to ensure that we are meeting the mental health needs of our community.
  • Collaborate with a vibrant and dedicated team to leverage our collective expertise in providing optimal mental health support.
  • Utilize creative methodologies and interventions to empower clients and help them surpass their therapeutic goals.
  • Document all clinical interactions meticulously, adhering to company guidelines and policies, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Coordinate care with case managers, family members, medical professionals, educators, and other staff to provide comprehensive support systems for our clients.
  • Engage actively in clinical staff meetings and continuous training sessions to enhance both personal and organizational standards of care.
  • Contribute positively to our team culture through collaboration and mutual support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and families, each facing unique challenges. The ideal therapist embraces inclusivity, engaging effectively with various individuals, including those from BIPOC and LGBTQ communities, ensuring that every client feels welcomed and understood.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • Current and valid LMFT Pennsylvania clinical license is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in clinical documentation, such as assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, facilitating clear dialogue with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Timeliness in completing and submitting all documentation and required paperwork.
