About you:

You are a motivated recruiter who enjoys building relationships, moving quickly, and hiring great technical talent. You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, partnering with engineering and manufacturing leaders to support a growing, mission-driven team. You take pride in creating a strong candidate experience and helping the business hire the people it needs to deliver.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and manufacturing roles, including technicians, engineers, and other technical support positions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and build effective hiring plans.

  • Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, networking, and agencies.

  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and keep the hiring process moving smoothly.

  • Build and maintain pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.

  • Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate ATS data, and support hiring metrics and reporting.
