Divine Mercy Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing team. This full-time position offers complete flexibility as it is 100% remote. You will have access to an experienced administrative and clinical support team that facilitates your interactions with clients, improving efficiency and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather historical and contextual information for developing treatment plans.
• Formulate diagnostic impressions based on client presentations and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing issues such as relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring timely updates and adherence to ethical guidelines.
• Participate in optional case consultations and clinical meetings to promote collaborative treatment planning and share best practices.
• Stay informed of current methodologies in the field and uphold licensure requirements through continued education and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with community providers as necessary to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.

You will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals grappling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as families and couples experiencing relationship conflicts. Your expertise will guide clients through their unique challenges, applying tailored therapeutic strategies that empower them to achieve their personal goals.

• Current LMFT license issued by the state of California.
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate therapeutic experience is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.) and clinical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting and comfort with various EMR/EHR platforms.
• Proficiency in additional languages, as bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.
• Understanding of California's mental health laws and ethical standards for practice.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
