Central Mind of Cure Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide essential therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate complex mental health challenges while fostering personal and relational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with families in joint sessions to address complex relationship dynamics, improve interaction patterns, and support family members in navigating challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each clientโ€™s goals, preferences, and clinical perspectives.
  • Assess clients for mental health conditions using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical judgment, providing appropriate interventions and referrals as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a therapist, you will work with individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical therapy in a mental health setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently while being an active participant in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
