Central Mind of Cure Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to connect with clients from the comfort of your own home while also having access to our outpatient office resources as needed. • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, establishing a therapeutic alliance and utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each person’s specific needs.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships.
• Engage with families in joint sessions to address complex relationship dynamics, improve interaction patterns, and support family members in navigating challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client’s goals, preferences, and clinical perspectives.
• Assess clients for mental health conditions using standardized diagnostic tools and clinical judgment, providing appropriate interventions and referrals as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing a wide range of backgrounds and presenting issues. As a therapist, you will work with individuals facing mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role will be critical in guiding clients towards improved mental health and relationship satisfaction.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical therapy in a mental health setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently while being an active participant in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy best practices.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Family Systems Therapy.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions and maintain client confidentiality.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for new hires. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
