• Conduct and document comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, focusing on their emotional well-being and psychological needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, collaborating with clients to address their unique goals and circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions targeting a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and personal development.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques to improve communication and conflict resolution skills among partners.

As an LMFT with our center, you will engage with a wide range of clients, including teenagers navigating the challenges of adolescence, adults seeking personal development or coping strategies, and couples working to strengthen their relationships. Our diverse client base requires a therapist who is adaptable, understanding, and willing to explore various therapeutic modalities tailored to individual backgrounds and circumstances.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Florida is mandatory.
• Proven experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy, with demonstrable competencies in therapeutic techniques.
• Strong capability for timely documentation and completion of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and their families.

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and adult patients, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client tracking.
• History of professional development, including attending workshops or training sessions relevant to marriage and family therapy.
