This role is fully remote, providing flexibility and the convenience of working from your home environment. In this virtual setting, you will interact with colleagues and clients using state-of-the-art telehealth platforms, ensuring efficiency and accessibility in service delivery.

• Proactively engage with participants to prevent the need for crisis services by providing early intervention strategies.
• Develop, complete, and maintain crisis alerts to streamline coordination with county crisis services for participants, ensuring timely support.
• Facilitate transitions for clients requiring hospital or inpatient services by coordinating with healthcare professionals to support safe discharges.
• Document all interactions and progress comprehensively, maintaining accurate records to promote continuity of care.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address psychiatric, social, and emotional challenges faced by clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients coping with various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to rapidly establish rapport and connect with individuals from different cultural, linguistic, and socio-economic backgrounds is essential for promoting effective treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated experience in a telehealth setting, utilizing virtual platforms for therapy sessions.
• Knowledge of community resources and crisis intervention services available within the Saint Helens area.
• Prior experience working with diverse populations to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.
• Strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with clients and the healthcare team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
