Low County Community Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health and substance use histories, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and trauma-informed practices.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach tailored to every client’s unique needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions to promote recovery.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to support clients in understanding their conditions and recovery processes.
• Respond to crises with effective interventions, including risk assessment and safety planning, to ensure client welfare.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to review cases and collaborate on treatment strategies.

This position focuses on working with clients facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. The clientele includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who are often navigating complex emotional and social challenges. Your expertise will empower clients to confront their conditions, develop coping mechanisms, and foster resilience throughout their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.
• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical application of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills essential for effective client interaction and team collaboration.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, specifically working with substance use and dual diagnosis clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and remote therapy delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients in a virtual environment while ensuring meaningful therapeutic relationships.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
