Remote Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) - Kansas Telehealth

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to support clients across Kansas through secure online therapy sessions. This is client-facing counseling work focused on helping people manage anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma-related concerns, relationship issues, and major life changes.

The work includes getting to know each client's concerns, creating a clear plan for treatment, and offering practical counseling support that clients can use outside of session. This is a strong fit for an LCPC who enjoys meaningful clinical work and is comfortable building trust through telehealth.

Location: Kansas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through scheduled secure video sessions
  • Complete intake assessments and identify symptoms, needs, strengths, and goals
  • Create treatment plans that are realistic, clear, and clinically appropriate
  • Help clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma responses, and adjustment concerns
  • Use evidence-based counseling methods that match the client's needs
  • Keep clinical notes, treatment updates, and client records accurate and current
  • Follow HIPAA, telehealth, ethical, and Kansas licensing requirements

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Kansas
