This position is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct sessions with clients. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' emotional and financial commitments before initiating treatment.
• Arrange and facilitate initial consultations with new clients, assessing their unique challenges and available resources.
• Create individualized treatment plans that adapt over time based on clients’ progress and evolving needs.
• Utilize talk therapy techniques to address diverse mental health concerns while modeling adaptive, sustainable behaviors to clients.
• Encourage constructive self-reflection, coping strategies, and the development of nurturing relationships within therapeutic settings.
• Monitor clients’ perceptions of their treatment, making necessary adjustments to enhance adherence and overall success rates.

Our clients may present with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Proven experience in the mental health field, preferably as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Demonstrated commitment to culturally congruent treatment practices.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, enhancing connectivity with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience with telehealth counseling platforms and remote therapeutic interventions.
• Previous work in community mental health settings or non-profit organizations.

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience.
