• Conduct thorough assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Document all clinical interactions accurately and promptly in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
• Lead group therapy sessions effectively, fostering a therapeutic community that encourages peer support and engagement.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, such as workshops and training sessions, to remain current on the latest mental health practices and trends.

You will work with a diverse client population that may include individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, family dynamics, trauma recovery, and more. Our clients vary in age, background, and mental health needs, providing an enriching and dynamic caseload that allows for meaningful therapeutic interactions. By providing remote counseling, you'll have the opportunity to reach underserved communities in Midland, Texas, and beyond, ensuring that every client has access to high-quality care.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Texas.
• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting, with a proven track record of providing effective treatment to diverse client populations.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for mental health treatment and a commitment to keeping abreast of advancements in the field.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport effectively with various clientele.

• Specialization or experience in areas such as family therapy, trauma, substance misuse, or couples therapy is highly desirable.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Knowledge of local resources and support services in Midland, TX, is a plus.
