• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop targeted treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other techniques tailored to your client’s preferences.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals, maintaining client progress through regular evaluations and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct teletherapy sessions to maximize accessibility, especially for clients with transportation issues or other challenges.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sessions to comply with ethical standards and insurance requirements, using our designated management systems.
• Participate in training and development workshops to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on emerging trends and methodologies within mental health care.

Your primary clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. We prioritize building trusting relationships with each client, focusing on their unique backgrounds and experiences. Your role will significantly impact their journey towards healing and recovery.

• A current and valid state license as one of the following: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology are strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to foster an empathetic and supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.
• A compassionate, non-judgmental attitude coupled with strong organizational and time-management skills is crucial for managing your caseload effectively.

While not mandatory, experience with remote counseling practices and managing a diverse caseload will be highly valued. You should have a proven ability to apply various therapeutic modalities effectively and possess an awareness of culturally competent practices to serve a broad range of clients.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
