As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify each client’s unique needs.
• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Employing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to enhance client outcomes.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to provide holistic care and support.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Staying abreast of advancements in mental health trends and methodologies through professional development and training.

Your expertise will be applied to a varied population seeking assistance for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and regulations governing the practice of counseling.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Specializations in trauma recovery, substance abuse counseling, family therapy, or couples counseling are highly desirable.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is an advantage.
