Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote workspace, allowing you to deliver high-quality counseling services from the comfort of your own home. Our team is equipped with state-of-the-art telehealth technology to facilitate seamless virtual therapy sessions. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life balance while fully engaging in your professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for shared experiences and fostering support among participants.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing assessment tools and frameworks to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, addressing specific client goals and ensuring progress monitoring through regular evaluations.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and support, equipping clients with coping strategies and resources to navigate acute mental health challenges.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapy processes, and available support resources, empowering them to engage in their treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive and cohesive care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, each facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. We prioritize culturally competent care, aiming to create inclusive treatment plans that reflect the backgrounds, experiences, and values of our clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice counseling in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits
