Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, using telehealth tools to capture their concerns effectively.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions that may include individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions through virtual platforms.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to meet the diverse requirements of your clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to formulate holistic care strategies that enhance client well-being.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and adherence to legal regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and courses to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and therapeutic advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will be working predominantly with adults and adolescents who are seeking support for a range of mental health issues. This may include anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing direct counseling services in a professional setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or with remote counseling techniques is highly desirable.
