Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

  • Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and developing positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and any emergent needs, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve addressing the mental health needs of adults, children, and families navigating a variety of challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
  • Current, unrestricted status as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in technological tools, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families as well as familiarity with conducting intake assessments is beneficial. A comfort level with virtual therapy platforms is also preferred.
