As a remote team member, you will collaborate closely with our in-house staff and engage with clients through virtual consultations, using innovative communication tools and platforms. In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and developing positive therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and any emergent needs, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and support their mental health journey.
• Document each client interaction meticulously, ensuring that progress notes and treatment updates are accurate and timely.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine client needs and tailor services accordingly.
• Carry out individual therapy sessions that address specific client concerns and foster healing.
• Engage in ongoing individual supervision to enhance your skills and maintain best practices in clinical care.
• Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare providers to optimize client treatment and outcomes.
• Adopt a growth mindset throughout your practice, continually seeking to enhance your skills and therapeutic approaches.

Your work will primarily involve addressing the mental health needs of adults, children, and families navigating a variety of challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, trauma, and relationship dynamics. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current, unrestricted status as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in technological tools, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

While not mandatory, experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families as well as familiarity with conducting intake assessments is beneficial. A comfort level with virtual therapy platforms is also preferred.

This role is structured under a fee-for-service model, providing stability with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collection efforts. Available benefits include:
