Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss treatment progress, stability, and plans for eventual discharge, as necessary.
• Develop, implement, and regularly adjust individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals and progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Perform intake assessments to evaluate the needs and appropriateness of new clients for counseling services.
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients and provide ongoing support in a therapeutic context.
• Participate in regular individual supervision to discuss clinical cases and enhance professional skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Foster a growth mindset, continuously seeking professional development and integrating new knowledge into practice.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems (e.g., RMS systems) and basic software applications such as Excel and Outlook.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to diverse individuals and families.
• Comfort and skill in performing intake assessments to determine client needs and treatment appropriateness.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model allows for flexibility in earnings, with guaranteed rates provided ahead of collections to streamline your compensation. Additional financial incentives, including bonus opportunities, will be available to performance-driven individuals. We offer W2 employment, emphasizing a healthy work-life balance.
