As a remote-based position, you will be equipped with advanced telehealth technology that allows you to conduct therapy sessions comfortably and privately from your home office. • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via secure telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions that emphasize communication and conflict resolution strategies.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of each client's history, current challenges, and future goals.
• Utilize active listening and therapeutic skills to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions and behaviors.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to address all aspects of a client's well-being, ensuring comprehensive support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to stay informed about best practices in mental health care.

Our client base is diverse, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. • A Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field is mandatory.
• An active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is required.
