JOB DESCRIPTION:
Senior Associate, Corporate Events
Remote + ~40% travel, working Eastern time
As a Corporate Events Senior Associate, you'll serve as the operational project manager for key event workstreams, helping deliver franchise conventions, leadership meetings, and other programs ranging from 300-2,000 attendees across our portfolio of well-known automotive brands.
In this role, you'll transform event strategy into seamless attendee experiences by managing logistics, vendors, branding, and communications from planning through onsite execution and post-event wrap-up.
One day you might be finalizing signage layouts for a national convention. The next you could be coordinating exhibitor logistics or managing onsite operations to ensure a flawless attendee experience.

What you'll Drive:
This role brings each event to life and ensures every touchpoint reflects Driven Brands' brand standards, working to create a seamless, engaging experience for every attendee.
  • Lead the operational delivery of assigned event components such as branding, merchandise, communications, sponsor/vendor deliverables, exhibitor logistics, transportation and travel, dietary and ADA compliance.
  • Maintain timelines, manage logistics trackers, coordinate vendors, and proactively identify risks to keep events running smoothly.
  • Maintain budget trackers for assigned workstreams.
  • Initiate and track purchase orders.
  • Review vendor invoices and coordinate payments.
  • Delivering onsite event management as well as registration operations and attendee inquiries support.
  • Collaborate with great teams. Partner with marketing, operations, leadership, and vendors across the organization to bring events to life.

What you'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of event management experience (corporate or agency).
  • Experience supporting large conferences with general sessions, breakouts, and tradeshow components.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-service mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40%.

Added Fuel if you Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
  • CMP, CSEP, or PMP certification.
  • Experience with event technology or registration platforms.
