We match candidates based on their skills, interests, and career goals, providing mentorship and hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
We're seeking transitioning service members with backgrounds or interest in any of the following areas:
  • Program & Project Management
  • Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence
  • IT & Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Data Analytics, Engineering, or Visualization
  • Logistics & Operations Planning
  • Systems Engineering or Architecture
  • Compliance & Risk (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, RMF)
  • Business Operations, Strategy, or Finance
  • Training & Knowledge Management
  • Agile Delivery & Technical Product Ownership
  • Internal Corporate Functions (HR, Talent, Marketing, Legal)
Responsibilities
  • Participate in real-time client delivery or internal corporate initiatives
  • Contribute to mission-driven projects with clear goals and deliverables
  • Receive mentorship from experienced practitioners and practice leaders
  • Develop or enhance civilian professional skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Translate military experience into business-relevant capabilities
  • Gain exposure to cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and frameworks
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active-duty U.S. military personnel eligible for SkillBridge during 2025
  • Command approval to participate in the program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a high degree of professionalism and accountability
  • Comfortable working in hybrid, remote, or client-facing settings
  • Clearance requirements vary (Secret or higher preferred for some roles)
Preferred Experience (Varies by Role)
  • Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, AWS/GCP/Azure Associate or Professional, Sec+, CEH, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, RMF)
  • Experience working in or supporting DoD, IC, or federal civilian agencies
  • Previous leadership, operational planning, or enterprise IT experience
