Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies that meet each client’s unique needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Deliver therapeutic support to diverse groups, couples, families, and individuals, ensuring that they feel heard and supported in their journey toward emotional well-being.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and respect for client privacy.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses the various dimensions of clients' mental health.
  • Engage in continuous education through workshops and professional development initiatives to stay current with industry trends and advancements in mental health research.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. You will be working with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance misuse, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role as an LCPC will directly contribute to improving their quality of life by helping them navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, required.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health counseling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization or advanced training in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in utilizing EMR and other technology platforms related to mental health services.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and caseload. In addition, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
