Nurturing Connections, Ltd is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in providing exceptional telehealth services to clients across Georgia. This full-time remote position allows you to balance your professional and personal life while delivering meaningful support and guidance to individuals dealing with mental health challenges.

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients through a secure, user-friendly telehealth platform. You will collaborate with a team of mental health professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality care. Your schedule will typically be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring your evenings and weekends are free for personal time.

• Conduct engaging and informative online therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools to connect with clients.
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and emotional well-being using standardized assessment tools and client interviews.
• Develop customized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Track client progress toward goals and modify treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies when necessary to help clients navigate challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your compassionate approach will empower clients to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and promote positive change in their lives. You will utilize your expertise to create a safe space for open discussions and encourage personal growth.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• An active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia is essential.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and critical thinking skills to effectively address client needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms enhances your candidacy.

While not required, experience working with telehealth tools and a strong background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based approaches can significantly benefit your application.
