This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver high-quality counseling services to clients. By leveraging technology, you will connect with individuals in a flexible and convenient format, eliminating the barriers of geographical distance while maintaining a personal touch in your therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Engage clients in meaningful group sessions where they can share experiences, cultivate connections, and support each other's journeys toward healing.
  • Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling, helping clients delve into their thoughts and emotions to foster self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and formulate actionable recovery plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and preferences, ensuring a comprehensive approach to care.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress through various evaluation tools and feedback methods, keeping clients informed and engaged in their development.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a diverse team of health professionals to coordinate care, share insights, and consult on complex cases, ensuring holistic client support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work primarily focuses on young adults grappling with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. You will provide a safe, affirming space for clients to express themselves and work through their challenges. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will guide them toward sustainable recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Active LCPC Licensure in Illinois, with the ability to work in a remote telehealth capacity.
  • Experience providing mental health treatment in both residential and outpatient settings, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • Collaborative mindset and a passion for fostering positive change in clients’ lives.
  • Strong clinical competencies, particularly in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly young adults navigating transitional life challenges.
  • Familiarity with digital health tools and platforms that facilitate remote therapy sessions.
  • History of involvement in community outreach or mental health advocacy efforts.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary between $85,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that cater to the health needs of you and your family.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage along with life insurance for your financial security.
  • 401k retirement plan with up to a 5% employer match to help you prepare for the future.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) totaling four weeks annually, inclusive of paid floating holidays to ensure a well-rounded work-life balance.
  • Access to a robust Employee Assistance Program, offering resources for counseling, legal help, financial planning, and wellness coaching.
  • Continued education support, including CEUs and free clinical supervision, to foster your professional development.

At Trillium Therapy Group, we are committed to nurturing your professional journey.
