Our organization specializes in delivering quality mental health care to diverse populations, focusing on conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish individual patient needs and design tailored treatment plans that align with diagnostic goals.
  • Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques in individual, couples, and family settings.

  • Proven skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment strategies that yield meaningful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy effectively, addressing varying patient needs and backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members.
  • Excellent judgment in maintaining professional boundaries and adherence to ethical guidelines in clinical practice.
  • Competence in utilizing EHR systems for documentation and patient management, ensuring efficiency in record-keeping.
Preferred Experience

While two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as substance abuse treatment, trauma-informed care, or working with couples and families are preferred.
