Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapy to couples and families, focusing on systemic issues that affect their dynamics.
• Conducting individual sessions to understand each member's perspective in depth.
• Assessing and managing a variety of issues including, but not limited to, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, job stress, communication difficulties, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
• Creating personalized treatment plans that address the unique concerns of clients.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate change and enhance emotional health.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records using our advanced digital health record systems.
• Participating in regular team meetings to share insights and discuss client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents experiencing various challenges such as family conflicts, mental health issues, and life transitions. Qualifications

The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A strong passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience

While recently licensed candidates are welcome, experience in the following areas is preferred:

• Working in a community health setting or similar environments focused on family therapy.
• Providing support to families undergoing crises or transitions.
• Utilizing telehealth platforms to reach and support clients.
