This role allows for a remote work setting, enabling you to engage with clients in a comfortable and conducive environment for therapy. Our Detox Center is equipped with modern tools and resources that facilitate both remote counseling and client interaction, ensuring a seamless experience for patients. We place a strong emphasis on flexibility, allowing for varied scheduling to meet the diverse needs of our clientele, including some evening and weekend hours.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds, personal challenges, strengths, and support systems.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and identifying appropriate interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists and other therapists—to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes aimed at building community among clients and enhancing their coping strategies.
• Respond to crises with immediate intervention strategies, conducting risk assessments and safety planning when necessary.
• Maintain meticulous and timely client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards to ensure transparency and accountability.

The primary focus of this role will be on clients experiencing substance use disorders, mental health issues, or a combination of both. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches is critical.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to foster effective therapeutic relationships are vital.

• Experience specifically within detox or addiction treatment settings is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and strong skills in conducting risk assessments.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems to document client interactions and treatment progress.
