Job Description:Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support field marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on webinar management and industry event coordination. This role partners closely with sales, regional marketing, and global teams to execute high-impact marketing programs, including monthly webinars and tier-2 industry events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple vendors and deadlines, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end webinar management, including speaker coordination, content planning, promotion, and post-event analysis
  • Support marketing operations by assisting with purchase order creation, vendor onboarding, and budget tracking
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event organizers to secure contracts and ensure timely delivery
  • Coordinate and execute participation in tier-2 industry events and tradeshows, including registration, logistics, and booth activations
  • Manage speaking opportunities and support partner marketing efforts aligned with business priorities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, regional marketing, and global teams to align event and webinar initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Track and report on event and webinar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:
    • 3-4 years of professional marketing experience, ready to hit the ground running
    • Native Brazilian Portuguese or advanced fluency
    • Field marketing experience, particularly with events and webinars
    • B2B marketing background
    • Strong communication and time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Familiarity with corporate purchasing processes (POs and vendor management)
    • Open to learning and using AI tools
    • Willingness to travel to LATAM
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Experience in the tech or cybersecurity industry
    • Experience with marketing operations or procurement workflows in an enterprise environment
