Collaborating through digital communication tools, you will engage in regular meetings and case discussions with fellow mental health professionals. • Deliver high-quality counseling services tailored to the individual needs of clients, driven by their unique goals and circumstances.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual standards, ensuring that your services align with the prescribed program certifications and licensing requirements.
• Engage in clear and prompt communication with team members, fostering collaborative care for optimal client outcomes.
• Document and maintain accurate client records according to our standards, including case notes and relevant administrative reports.
• Support clients in developing life skills through practical assistance in daily activities, promoting their independence and readiness for increased personal responsibility.
• Monitor client well-being by observing and reporting on emotional and psychological states, implementing safety protocols as necessary.
• Assist clients with necessities such as meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and ensuring they have access to essential household supplies.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed, ensuring clients’ adherence to their treatment plans.
• Utilize personal and agency vehicles for client transportation as directed, coupled with teaching clients to utilize public transport when necessary.

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and life transitions. As a counselor, you will cater to their unique emotional and psychological needs, helping them navigate their circumstances effectively. We aim to create a safe space for adolescents and families, utilizing a strengths-based approach to empower them in their healing journey.

• A master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California is mandatory. Applicants with associate licenses are not eligible due to billing restrictions.
• Strong self-direction and the capacity to work independently, managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer skills are necessary, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience working with geriatric clients is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively juggling multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail and client needs.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
