We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dietitian to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutrition care plans to seniors living in multiple locations. The Dietitian will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that the nutritional needs of our senior residents are met.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans for senior residents in multiple locations
  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents and provide appropriate recommendations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care

Requirements
