This is a fully remote position. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Dallas-Irving, TX, Denver, CO, or Chicago, IL metropolitan areas.
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Field Marketing Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Field Marketing and is responsible for driving sustainable practice growth through data-driven marketing strategies focused on referral development, patient acquisition, and community engagement. This role uses analytics, CRM insights, and structured referral tracking to identify growth opportunities, guide practice-level marketing priorities, and hold teams accountable to measurable performance targets.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Data-Driven Growth Strategy: Analyze referral patterns, patient origin data, call tracking, and marketing ROI metrics to identify top-producing sources, under-penetrated referral segments, and areas for opportunity. Translate these insights into referral marketing plans with clear, measurable goals for each practice. Identify and scale best practices across multiple markets.
• Referral Marketing Execution: Serve as the primary marketing advisor to assigned practices, providing strategic guidance and performance insights to support growth objectives. Build and nurture relationships with referral development partners through one-on-one meetings, educational programs, and co-marketing activities. Influence the adoption of CRM tools to document all outreach, track follow-up cadence, and monitor referral conversion rates.
• Performance Accountability: Partner with practice leadership to set specific referral growth and activity benchmarks (e.g., number of high-value referral touches, conversion rate increases, event ROI). Own the reporting and analysis of referral marketing activities and outcomes, ensuring accurate tracking, visibility, and accountability across practices.
• Brand Awareness & Community Presence: Support local practice with brand awareness and community presence (educational programs, hosted events, referral development activities) to ensure effectiveness and viability of community outreach, sponsorships, and internal and external marketing campaigns.
• Marketing Planning & Budget Management: Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with practice growth objectives. Track campaign spend, referral returns, and cost per acquisition to ensure efficient use of resources. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas of underperformance, and develop corrective action plans in collaboration with practice leadership to improve results.
• Field & Reporting Responsibilities: Conduct routine field visits based on data-prioritized plans. Deliver marketing materials, gather competitive intelligence, and maintain CRM records with precision. Submit consistent activity reports, expense summaries, and monthly performance updates within established deadlines.
• Digital Advertising Strategy & Performance Management: Develop, launch, and optimize localized digital advertising campaigns. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with practice growth objectives. Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion metrics, and return on ad spend, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations to practice leadership and executive stakeholders.
