  • Base Salary: $90,000-$100,000 + $10,000 bonus potential each quarter!

What You’ll Own
  • Clinical quality and outcomes across all client programs in the center to ensure quality and effective services
  • Oversight of assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation
  • Final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submission
  • Clinical performance and operational metrics and ongoing program improvement
  • Staff development, training, and supervision standards as well as RBT mentorship and assistance with RBT growth through the career path.
What Your Week Looks Like
  • Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
  • Maintain a small caseload to stay connected to client care
  • Partner with intake and operations to ensure timely client onboarding
  • Provide guidance to families and caregivers
  • Oversee program quality, transitions, and discharge planning
  • Support and develop clinicians through supervision and mentorship
