Work arrangement: U.S.-based remote/virtual, with potential international travel
Engagement: contingent, part-time/on-call proposal and post-award expert
Opportunity: Axyde Analytics proposal for USTDA 1131PL26R0058, Europe and Eurasia Digital Infrastructure Project Scoping Services
ROLE PURPOSE
Lead USTDA-style identification, screening and project scoping across cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data centers and connectivity in Europe and Eurasia.
REPRESENTATIVE ASSIGNMENTS
• Turn incomplete sponsor concepts into evidence-backed Preliminary Assessments and Project Reports.
• Integrate technical, commercial, financial, regulatory, resilience and U.S.-export analysis.
• Direct feasibility-study, technical-assistance and pilot TORs, independent budgets and schedules.
REQUIRED EVIDENCE
• 10+ years of directly relevant digital-infrastructure development and expert judgment.
• Named assignments and authored decision products spanning cybersecurity, AI/data, data centers/cloud and broadband/fiber/5G.
• Evidence of feasibility studies, technical assistance, pilots, TORs, independent estimates or comparable project-preparation work.
• Europe/Eurasia or comparable international-development experience.
• U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident. Please answer only yes/no/category; do not upload identity documents.
• Strong written English; ability to support approximately 20-day mobilization and up to three international trips of up to ten business days when assigned.
