Job Description

This role is for a full-cycle GTM recruiter to join a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building the operating system for construction and field service contractors.

Our client, is a cloud-based workforce management platform that unifies payroll, HR, time tracking, expense management, and field operations for construction contractors. The platform is purpose-built for an industry underserved by generalist HR software, automating complex requirements like certified payroll, union fringe tracking, and multi-state prevailing wage compliance. Miter serves over 1,500 contractors, has completed SOC 2 Type II, and integrates with major construction ERPs including Sage, Acumatica, NetSuite, QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, BuildOps, and Procore. Their award-winning product was recognized as Construction-Based Payroll and HR Software of the Year recently.

This is a full-cycle recruiting seat, You'll own requisitions end to end, working closely with hiring managers to build pipeline, run process, and close candidates.

Remote (US). Initial estimated 8 month assignment, with a potential direct-hire conversion opportunity at the client's discretion.

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience
  • Full-cycle ownership of requisitions from intake through offer and close, without heavy reliance on inbound pipelines
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-activity recruiting environment with meaningful req volume
  • Direct sourcing as a core skill, not just a nice-to-have
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers on leveling, process, and calibration

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Run structured interview processes: intakes, scorecards, debriefs, offers, and close
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing and calibration
  • Represent company culture and mission credibly to candidates evaluating a construction-tech B2B SaaS opportunity

Communication Style

  • Direct, consultative communication with hiring managers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
