Job description

Our nuclear energy client is hiring a remote Contract Management Specialist to support their team in Schenectady, NY!!
Responsibilities:
- Performing internal change orders, along with releasing funded projects in Oracle NetSuite or Salesforce Electronic Order Release system (eARS) for sub-vendor acknowledgment in addition to handling sub-vendor insurance claims associated to worker's rights (i.e., worker's compensation, etc.).
- Support GE Vernova’s Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Department, as the prime contract holder negotiating with sub-vendors after pre-award risk analysis of contract terms and conditions are performed.
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years’ experience redlining complex customer terms, evaluating deal risks, and structuring agreements for pre-award proposals and project executions.
