• Provide individual psychotherapy focused on resolving mental health concerns associated with substance abuse.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to suit patient needs within the context of school environment challenges.

• Work collaboratively with educators and school administrators to ensure that students receive comprehensive support, combining academic and emotional assistance.

• Manage a full caseload, consistently meeting treatment goals and adhering to ethical standards.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience, specifically in substance abuse treatment modalities.
• Proficient understanding of evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

While one year of clinical experience is mandatory, we value additional experience within school environments, particularly with programs aimed at youth mental health and substance abuse intervention. Main Street Social Work offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
