At Stange Law Firm, you will do far more than push paper. You will manage cases, advocate for clients in court, conduct hearings and trials, negotiate settlements, and help families navigate difficult legal issues involving divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, guardianship, estate planning, and other family law matters. Family law experience is preferred, but not required.

We welcome applications from attorneys with litigation experience in other practice areas who are looking to build a rewarding career in family law. Attorneys in this position will receive meaningful courtroom exposure and hands-on responsibility rather than spending years limited to research and drafting. These positions are based in Des Moines, Iowa and Cedar Rapids, Iowa and serve clients throughout Iowa, including Iowa City, Johnson County, Linn County, Polk County, Cedar County, Washington County, and the surrounding region.
