Job description

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a passion for digital marketing, personal development, and coaching. In this role, you won't just manage timelines-you'll lead client and internal projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with purpose.
If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with creative and strategic teams, and know how to keep digital campaigns on track while fostering positive relationships, this one's for you.
As our Project Manager, you'll own multiple client and internal projects across the coaching and digital marketing space. You'll lead initiatives related to content creation, campaign launches, email marketing, funnel builds, virtual events, and more-coordinating across departments like design, copywriting, and tech.
You'll be the central point of alignment, keeping deliverables on track, supporting client needs, and ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing & coaching-related projects
-Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and clients
-Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business and coaching outcomes
-Coordinate across content, design, automation, and client success teams
-Manage timelines using tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana
-Run daily/weekly stand-ups, team syncs, and progress check-ins
-Create and improve SOPs, workflows, and systems that enhance team efficiency
-Maintain organized documentation, task tracking, and communication logs
What We're Looking For
-2-5 years of project management experience, preferably in digital marketing or coaching industries
-Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and juggle multiple active projects
-Familiarity with marketing campaigns, launches, or coaching program operations
-Strong experience using project/task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.)
-Exceptional communication and leadership skills
-Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable in remote work environments
Bonus: Experience with funnels, email platforms (e.g., HighLevel, ActiveCampaign), and coaching client onboarding
What We Offer
-100% remote work with a collaborative, mission-driven team
-The opportunity to manage high-impact projects in coaching and personal development
-Flexible schedule with a culture of ownership and accountability
-Room for growth into strategic or leadership roles
-A team that values clarity, purpose, and transformation-in work and in life
