We are seeking a creative and data-driven Website & Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our company website, analyze digital performance, create engaging content, and develop marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth. 


This role will be responsible for improving the online customer experience through website management, content optimization, link creation, digital pathways, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will use data-driven insights to implement growth initiatives that increase brand awareness, engagement, conversions, and overall digital performance. 


Responsibilities 

  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, performance, SEO optimization, and a positive user experience. 
  • Create, update, and optimize website content, links, landing pages, navigation pathways, calls-to-action, and digital assets to improve engagement and conversions. 
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, and business growth. 
  • Monitor website analytics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Analyze marketing data and provide actionable recommendations to improve digital performance and campaign effectiveness. 
  • Support SEO initiatives through keyword optimization, link-building strategies, and website improvements to increase online visibility. 
  • Research market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, promotions, and brand initiatives. 
  • Manage tracking links, promotional campaigns, and online customer journeys to optimize the customer experience.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, website optimization, analytics tools, and digital marketing best practices. 
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies that improve performance, customer engagement, and brand growth. 
  • Experience with website platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation platforms, and digital advertising channels such as Google Ads and social media advertising. 
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and improving customer journeys. 
  • Strong communication, project management, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills. 
  • Proven ability to develop marketing ideas and strategies that strengthen brand awareness and drive growth.
