Job description

The Grove’s Communication Team supports ministries through organized, timely, and effective communication. The Project & Content Manager ensures communication initiatives move from concept to completion efficiently and effectively.

Reports to:          Communication Director

Works with:        Communication Team, Ministry Leaders, Approved Vendors

Works:                  Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week, hourly
 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & WORKFLOW — 60%
  • Build and manage project timelines for communication initiatives.
  • Communicate deadlines and expectations to ministries.
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain project management systems and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
CONTENT & ASSET COORDINATION — 20%
  • Assemble required assets for campaigns and events.
  • Coordinate handoffs between copywriting, design, and video.
  • Work with approved vendors for print, signage, and other outsourced collateral as needed.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadline and scope requirements.
OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATIONAL SUPPORT — 20%
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks that support the Communication Team, including purchasing, receipts, supply ordering, and other coordination needed to keep projects and workflows running smoothly.
  • Attend Communication Team meetings, staff devotions, all-staff meetings and required trainings.
