As a Part-time Contact Center Customer Service Rep with Datalot, you play a key part in representing both our clients and their customers. You are helping to ensure that our clients are speaking with consumers who are eligible for the products they offer.

Please note that we are only authorized to hire for this role in the following states: Texas, Tennessee, North Carolina, Utah, and Florida.
Schedule: MondayFriday, 11:00 AM 5:00 PM EST
Start Date: September 14th, 2026
Responsibilities

  • Fielding a high volume ofoutbound and/or inbound phone calls
  • Transferring customers to the appropriate department(s)
  • Handling and resolving customer inquiries
  • Being the first point of contact for our customers looking for various products or services
  • Such other duties and responsibilities as your managers may assign from time to time
  • Secure, hardwired high-speed internet to ensure uninterrupted connectivity
  • Please note that due to the demands of this role and the need for consistent focus during scheduled work hours, individuals must be free from personal responsibilities or obligations that may interfere with their ability to work uninterrupted.
