OPERATIONS MANAGER
AeroBarrier West (ABW) is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run the daily engine of our air-sealing business. You'll dispatch crews, schedule installs, keep builders informed, and ensure every job hits the air-tightness target. If you like structured mornings, solving problems on the fly, and being part of a dynamic management team, this is for you.

YOUR ROLE
- 7a-4p (M-F 40hr/wk) Lead team pow-wow & send crews to jobs w/ clear scope of work;
- Talk directly to & meet clients (GCs, Builders, Supers, PMs) about schedules, site access etc;
- Monitor live job progress, ensure standard operating procedures (SOPS) are followed;
- Develop unified teams & positive mindset by modeling innovative problem-solving;

- Manage ABW job pipeline, weekly KPI reporting, and a rolling 3-week schedule look-ahead;
- Oversee equipment + vehicle maintenance + materials inventory (sealant/supplies etc);
- Train on SOPs & safety protocols, review crew performance, drive process improvements;
- On-the-Job (OJT) training will be provided on specific ABW processes & software tools.
- This is an in-office position with occasional overnight travel.


WHAT YOU BRING
- HS Diploma required; related degree in construction management/business is a plus;
- Fluent English communication required (verbal/written/listening); Spanish skills are a plus;
- Valid driver's license; able to drive a 4x4 work truck in all weather; OSHA 10/30 a plus;
- 4+ years in construction operations, HVAC, field-services or crew management;
- 2+ year supervising & leading a crew/team in construction or related field of work;

- Digital literacy & ability to use project management software (Gmail/Suite, Asana, Procore);
- Able to use iMac/iPhone to monitor field data via desktop, laptop, tablet & phone;
- Friendly & flexible solution-seeker, trainer, communicator, organizer & troubleshooter;
- Lead several crews on multiple job sites/day; multitask, pivot, adapt as needed;
- Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs (limited ) & supervise active construction sites in all weather;
- At least 2 work references required (we will actually call them).

Building strong relationships through professional communication is key as you implement SOPs, understand project details, review blueprints, and schedule the scope of work (labor, vehicles, materials, timelines). A company phone, laptop, iPad, desk computer and 4x4 vehicle will be provided + any other necessary tools.
