About Us
From commercial office space and manufacturing to multi-site retail portfolios, we manage and support over 1 billion square feet of facilities space for the nation's leading organizations. We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed, site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.
Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the execution of national landscape, winter snow preparation and removal, and janitorial service contracts across all locations. Operating within a highly matrixed structure, this role partners heavily with our sister company, EMCOR USM, to drive performance, manage complex escalations, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This position requires a highly skilled communicator capable of evoking change without direct reporting authority, negotiating critical resolutions, and presenting forward-thinking business solutions to both internal stakeholders and client executive leadership

Drives operational excellence and evokes process changes among cross-functional team members without direct reporting authority
  • Escalation & Resolution: Serves as the primary point of escalation for complex exterior and janitorial service issues. Acts as the definitive liaison between the client, USM partners, and internal Facilities Managers to negotiate effective resolutions and mitigate operational risks
  • Executive Communication: Develops and delivers comprehensive business proposals, strategic updates, and performance metrics. Reports and presents confidently to internal stakeholders and customer audiences, frequently up to the C-suite level
  • Strategic Solutions & Relationship Building: Provides forward-thinking solutions and continuous improvement strategies for assigned service lines. Invokes strong confidence and trust with the client regarding the capability of these services to consistently support their schools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. OR In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of progressive, high-level experience in multi-site facilities, construction, or asset management will be considered
  • 5+ years of specific experience in multi-site facilities or asset management, ideally within high-volume retail, education, or hospitality sectors
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write clear, persuasive business proposals and executive summaries. Ability to effectively negotiate, present information, and confidently respond to questions from client C-suite executives, internal management, and external service partners
  • Proficiency in standard business software and reporting tools required to build proposals and analyze service performance
