A growing commercial construction organization is seeking an experienced Division 10 Project Manager / Estimator to support estimating, project coordination, and client communication for commercial specialties projects nationwide. This is a fully remote opportunity for an individual with strong Division 10 experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial specialties projects from estimating through closeout and be comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for Division 10 commercial specialties projects
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and coordinate pricing with manufacturers and vendors
  • Manage projects from award through closeout
  • Coordinate submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation
  • Maintain communication with general contractors, architects, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track project costs, RFIs, change orders, and project timelines
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Assist with problem-solving and day-to-day project coordination
  • Utilize Comsense Opening Suite for estimating and project management functions
Qualifications
  • Experience within Division 10 commercial specialties required
  • Prior project management and/or estimating experience in commercial construction
  • Proficiency with Comsense Opening Suite strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software
Preferred Experience
  • Commercial specialties experience including toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, operable partitions, fire protection specialties, or related scopes
  • Experience with submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project financial tracking
  • Familiarity working with general contractors and commercial construction teams nationwide
