    Develop Long-Term Infrastructure Strategy

    • Create and manage multi-year capital improvement plans.
    • Prioritize investments based on asset condition, risk, and business value.
    • Establish infrastructure standards and support future facility planning.

    Success in This Role

    • Improved facility reliability and asset performance
    • Reduced emergency repairs and operational disruptions
    • Successful delivery of capital projects
    • Extended asset life and increased infrastructure value
    • Enhanced safety, compliance, and risk management
    • Stronger long-term capital and asset planning practices

What You'll Bring...

  • Requires one of the following:

    • Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of professional design or construction management experience,
    • Associate's degree and twelve (12) years of professional design or construction management experience
  • 6+ years of experience in facilities engineering, construction, infrastructure, asset management, or related disciplines
  • Experience leading building, site, or infrastructure capital projects
  • Strong understanding of building envelope systems, construction methods, and asset lifecycle management
