Position summary: JMT is seeking a Construction Manager to be responsible for managing construction projects in North Texas, initial project assignment expected to be within 50 miles of Fort Worth, TX. This is a ful-time, on site opportunity. Remote or hybrid work is not available. 

Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site construction management, inspection, and reporting on building construction projects
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, building occupants, architects/engineers, and contractors
  • Manage and coordinate inspection staff
  • Manage project schedule from inception to close out
  • Run project job-site meetings
  • Review contractor work in place to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Report on project issues and provide status updates
  • Perform other duties as may be required
