Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of proven estimating experience in commercial general contracting.

  • Sector Expertise: Prior experience estimating restaurant / retail buildouts or airport/aviation facilities is required.

  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Procore is preferred, however training is available. Proficiency in digital takeoff tools (e.g., PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar) and advanced Excel skills also preferred.

  • Location: Must reside on the East Coast, USA (proximity to major airports is a plus).

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local building codes, trade scopes, and construction sequencing.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead trade walk-throughs and client pitch meetings.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary: $120,000 โ€“ $140,000 (commensurate with experience)

  • Performance Bonuses: Bi-annual performance and project profitability bonus structure.

  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance options.

  • Retirement: 401(k) with company match.
