A Remote ConnectWise technician is an IT professional who uses ConnectWise, a popular remote monitoring and management (RMM) software, to provide technical support and manage client systems from a remote location. Job description

PRESHai is hiring a Product Engineer to own the reusable product and platform layer behind PRESHos and our client delivery.

PRESHai builds production AI systems for the IT channel: distributors, vendors, VARs, MSPs, and the teams that serve them. This role turns patterns from live client work into durable products, agent capabilities, and developer tools that help our Forward Deployed Engineers ship faster and improve the economics of every engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Build and improve PRESHos and the shared platform used across PRESHai client engagements.
  • Create reusable agent tools, workflows, MCP servers, integrations, and deployment patterns.
  • Own product capabilities across retrieval, memory, data pipelines, evals, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Turn repeated client needs into secure, reliable primitives that our FDEs can use instead of rebuilding.
  • Improve internal SDKs, scaffolding, documentation, and developer experience.
  • Ship and operate production systems end to end, including monitoring, retries, security, tenant boundaries, and ongoing improvement.
  • Use current frontier models and AI coding or agent harnesses as part of daily delivery, and bring effective approaches into the platform.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years building and operating production software systems.
  • Strong production coding ability in TypeScript and Python, with solid PostgreSQL and API design experience.
  • Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered or agentic products, including tool calling, structured outputs, retrieval, evals, and workflow automation.
  • Experience building platforms, frameworks, SDKs, or internal products that other engineers depend on.
  • A product mindset: you can turn a messy one-off implementation into a durable capability without overbuilding it.
  • Strong written communication and comfort working directly with technical teammates in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work from our downtown Tampa office four days per week, with one remote day.
Helpful Experience
  • Agent frameworks, MCP servers, multi-step workflows, or durable orchestration such as Inngest or Temporal.
  • Azure and Microsoft 365, AWS, or GCP.
  • Enterprise integrations such as Microsoft Graph, Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, Autotask, ServiceNow, or ERP systems.
  • Experience in the IT channel, professional services, or another complex B2B environment.
  • Production voice AI or realtime systems.
What Success Looks Like
  • FDEs start new engagements with working product capabilities instead of a blank page.
  • Reusable agents, integrations, and intelligence patterns compound across customers.
  • PRESHos becomes more reliable, secure, measurable, and valuable every quarter.
  • The platform helps PRESHai deliver better outcomes faster and with less reinvention.
Application Requirements

Please include all of the following:

  • A link to a GitHub repository containing code you personally wrote.
  • A link to a shared LLM conversation from something you built.
  • A short, 3-5 sentence explanation of what you built and what you personally owned.

Remove credentials and confidential information before sharing. Both links must be accessible without requesting permission. Applications without both links will not be reviewed.

Compensation and Benefits
  • $115,000-$150,000 base salary.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k), unlimited PTO, and a professional development budget.
  • Downtown Tampa office with a four-days-in-office, one-day-remote schedule.
  • Approximately 5%-10% travel.
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
