• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client issues and tailor personalized therapeutic approaches.
• Develop effective treatment plans utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and person-centered therapy to address the specific needs of clients.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, encouraging open communication and emotional healing.
• Monitor client progress continuously and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar therapeutic setting, demonstrating expertise in managing family and relationship dynamics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related discipline is preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for efficient documentation and client management.
• Strong analytical and compassionate communication skills, allowing for effective client engagement and rapport building.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and licensing requirements.

• Experience working with underserved populations and cultural competence in understanding diverse family structures.
• Demonstrated familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and crisis intervention strategies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
